Other SubredditsHey guys, I have a Microsoft Office 365 2011 (for Mac) question:The other day my computer (a MacBook Pro) died and when I plugged it in/turned it back on and tried to use Microsoft Word, this window popped up reading: "Welcome to Office for Mac 2011, how would you like to get started?" and has three options: 1) "Enter your purchased product key" (which I definitely lost like three years ago when I got my computer/microsoft word), 2) "Sign in to an existing office 365 subscription" (which when I try any email/password combination I have ever used since the beginning of time doesn't work), or 3) "Try office 365, including office for mac" but that's just a monthly trial and when I try to sign in for that it just loads and loads with no result.What should I do? I don't understand how I can get "signed out" of a product I purchased and have been using since three years ago? If there's no quick fix, should I use time machine to go back a few days? Would that work? Please help or tell me where else to ask for help.
